It seeks answers reference questions frequently asked<br \/>by library users. It provides information about the services offered by the library.<br \/><em><strong>2<\/strong><\/em>.<em><strong> Electronic Resource Department<\/strong><\/em><br \/>The department is responsible for acquiring, maintaining and providing access to electronic resources.<br \/>The electronic resource department provides the services.<br \/>-Implementation of new ICTs.<br \/>-Provision of information literacy.<br \/>-Provision of access to E &#8211; journals and E &#8211; books.<br \/><em><strong>3. Technical services department.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Responsible to identify, select, acquire, and process appropriate reading materials and develop<br \/>collection that support approved academic programs for David Livingstone College of Education.<br \/>Sections<br \/>&#8211; collection development<br \/>&#8211; cataloging and classification<\/p><p><em><strong>4. Cataloging and classification<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>the cataloguing and classification\/collection Development Section Responsible for ordering, receiving and cataloging of information resources.<br \/>&#8211; It plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of education by enabling learners to develop the technological skills required in today\u2019s digital world.
